Hi corinne

Community property consists of property of all types which may include real property as well as personal property such as bank accounts, stocks, bonds and cash. So you can claim community property interest in the stocks that your husband purchased after marriage.

Thanks.

Hi corinne!

Welcome to forums!

I'm not a legal expert and I would suggest you to contact your divorce attorney and let him explain the things to you. Your divorce attorney will be the best person to help you in this regard.
