What tax will I have to pay if I brought a foreclosure home,the assessed value or the price I paid?...For Example I brought home at $200,000.00 and was assessed for
$300,000.00 in Ca.

Welcome to forums!

You can contact a tax assessor and he will let you know the exact value of the property. You'll will have to pay property taxes depending upon the assessed value of the property.

if you are referring to property taxes, the assessed value will determine the amount owed. if you're talking about some other sort of tax (state, local, federal), that's different. unfortunately, i cannot help with the latter situation.
