Transfer Property to LLC

I have a house in California that I am renting out. I just started an LLC in California and want to transfer ownership of my house (and the mortgage if possible) to this LLC. What's the most cost effective way to do this?

As far as I know, there is a chance that the lender will not agree to this and may even call the loan due immediately. Thanks. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
