I am selling land on a VLPA calif form.There is a manufactured home on the property that has no value,but buyer wants to keep the home for now.Can this be transferred to the buyer? Are there any fees involved?

Hi tjackson,

You can use a quit claim deed in order to transfer the property to your buyer. While you transfer the property, you will be liable for the deed recording fees, transfer taxes, etc. which both you and the buyer can mutually pay off.
