If there are any liens on the property, then you will have to use a quitclaim deed in order to transfer the property to your brother. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
M. P. Guest	Posted: Fri Oct 21, 2011 2:32 pm    Post subject: Mobil home transfers Like 0 Dislike 0 You cannot use a quick claim deed for transfer of ownership in the State of California. You have to go through the Department of Housing and Community Development, Registration and Titling Program.
