Which CA Grant Deed is used to give equal property ownership to family friend?...Joshua, I plan to give a friend equal ownership of my home and property in California. Which Grant Deed form do I use?

Thanks!

Hi Nita!

Welcome to forums!

You can use a quitclaim deed in order to add your friend to the property deed and give him/her equal share in the property. You can then notarize and record the deed. As far as grant deed is concerned, you can use a standard grant deed form to add your friend to the deed.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
