Does anyone have any feed back on a company called United Equity Negotiations based in San Ramon California? any Pro's or Con? They say their successful in negotiating something called a "Short Pay Refi"

United Equity Negotiations is not a BBB Accredited Business. They have a A- rating with BBB. Also, the BBB does not have any negative consumer complaints against them. As far as I know, they do not negotiate for short refinance. Rather, they offer short refinance to the borrowers. I will suggest you to contact your lender for short refinance prior to taking the help of a third party.
