We'll have a CFL (CA Finance Lender's License). We are a Mortgage Brokerage in NC. We can only do business with Lenders in CA that also have a CFL. National banks (Wells, BofA, etc.) do not need a CFL license, and thus can not be used by us. Right now our only option is Countrywide. Would like to hear names of (or ideas on where to look for them) some Wholesale Lenders that have good pricing/service that we could use to fund deals in CA. Thanks.
