I have been the victim of foreclosure due to 4 years of frivlous lawsuits. My stance is that ETS companies w/o evidence are hired by GMAC, to compromise the United States Constitution. See Upshur Vs. Upshur, Unlawful detainer, torts, lis pendes, quiet title, family law, probate, etc. all inthe interst of quick foreclosure properties in alameda county at the expense of elderly..through their own legal services.
