ksanchez69	The rep is correct, but I believe the number is now 6 properties with WACHOVIA. However, when WACHOVIA bought WORLD BANK and their portfolio mortgage business a year ago, they kept the portfolio business intact -- this means that the portfolio division does not resell the asset they write in residential mortgages, so they can name their own underwriting guidelines -- Florida properties included.I'm happy to discuss this further with you 480-785-6634 (mobile). Or, you can go back to your retail rep -- maybe he cannot offer the portfolio porducts 'over-the-counter.'
ksanchez69	Hi I'm very curious on this because my personal wachovia rep said it could not be done. That Wachovia changed there guidelines to 5 properties tops. Did Wachovia change there guidelines again. These properties are in Florida maybe that's why?
