Hello, we filled out papework with one company before talking to another and decided to go with the 2nd one. The problem is we paid for an appraisal up front to the first company, but it hasn't been carried out yet. Can we get that money back in Colorado.

Hi borchertbball,

I hope you have signed the closing doc with the lender. In that case, you may get back the upfront money that you've paid for the appraisal. You should contact your lender and request for the money.

Thanks
