I recently (4 months ago) moved from Colorado to Kansas. I don't have a permanant residence yet in Kansas. Can I still file in Colorado?

You may file your Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Colorado. However, you should contact a bankruptcy in order to clear the Means Test. If you do not clear the Means Test, then you will have to file Chapter 13.
