In colorado how long do we have after a hearing before we need to move out? The property is to be auctioned on 03/11/09.

Once the property is sold off to a new buyer, you will receive a 3-day notice from the lender and the new buyer. You will have to leave the property within those 3 days.

A piece of property in Florida went on Foreclosure, Can the Lenders in Florida come after my property in Colorado? We are seniors and living in Colorado for about 15 years.

The lenders in Florida can come after your property in Colorado provided they get a judgment from the court of Colorado. Unless they get a judgment against you, they won't be able to come after your property in Colorado.
