Does anyone know whether HOA's in Colorado (or anywhere else for that matter), who desire to amend their HOA declarations are required to provide notice to all of the mortgagors on each of the units/condos?

Hi ClariOne,

If there are any change in HOA declarations or if the association wishes to amend their declaration, then they should inform the condo owners regarding the same. The HOA association should call a meeting and inform the unit owners about the same.

Thanks
