The home is worth well over $4 million. What is the best LTV that I can get with SIVA, and what are all of the requirements I need to complete in order to qualify? I need to know before entering into a contract... all possible scenarios, please.

But, I am not a Colorado expert. I suggest trying to contact Bill Kidwell, 2007 President, CVolorado Association of Mortgage Brokers, 2006 Colorado Mortgage Broker of the Year, and ask him. I do not have his contact information. Google his name. I do not know him.
