What are the requirements in Colorado and is there any money involved?

Hi Marie,

You will have to use a Colorado quitclaim deed form in order to transfer the property. You will be liable for stamp doc fees, deed transfer fees, deed recording fees, etc. when you transfer property from one person to another.
