I was recently married and would like to change my name on the home I previously owned. It will stay in my name only. I live in Colorado am looking for a Quit Claim form. My mortgage company says that they will do this for me for $100 which seems excessive. Will transferring ownership via a Quit Claim Deed be sufficient?

Actually, $100 is reasonable. If you check with an attorney to see what he/she would charge then you may find yourself running bacl over to your mortgage company.
