Hi

I cannot send you free quitclaim deed form, but I found a sample deed form for the state of Colorado at http://www.mortgagefit.com/predeal/quitclaim-stateforms-1.html. This might help you in getting an idea about the deed. However, it is always better to get one drafted by an attorney as the verbiage used on the deed changes according to different situations.
