What are requirements for quick claim deed in CO? Is it witness/notary or acknowledgement? Property is in GA, ex spouse is incarcerated in CO. The bank says I need the deed from CO/requirements.

Hi janice!

Welcome to forums!

If your property is located in GA, then as per my knowledge, you'll have to use a quitclaim deed of GA. I would suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He will also help you in drafting the deed. Once the deed is filled out, you will have to notarize it and record it.
