i want to sale my 1978 single wide thats in colorado on 4.75
acers i owe nothing on it can someone that wants to buy it get
a loan on it i herd that no banks will finance a single wide trailer that old

They would not be able to use a traditional mortgage to purchase the trailer because it is not considered real estate. The banks look at mobile homes alot like vehicles so the buyer would need to find a local bank to obtain a personal or ''signature'' loan. Which obviously will come with a higher interest rate than traditional financing.
