Can anyone give me some positive/negative feedback on this company. I received the flier and thought what the heck, after a 30 minute phone conservation, we hung up. One thing that struck me odd, was the man asking me about any 401K's we might have. After I hung up I thought of this odd for getting a home mortgage.

Any feedback would be great. We are leery because of all the financial mess other lender's have gotten into.

I do not know about this company, but what I can say on the loan officers behalf is that asking about a 401k is rather normal for approval of a mortgage loan. This is part of your assets and will only make your particular deal that much stronger. I hope this helps...
