Here is my personal experience:
I've been dealing with Kevin way longer then the proposed 48 hour turn around. I've sent him all of the neccessary paperwork he needed. His last request to me was a 2006 and 2007 profit and loss statement. I faxed those over to him last week. We talked over the phone once again after spending the better part of my day trying to get a hold of him, and he informed me that I needed to fill out some documents and that he needed my fax number. My fax machine is busted in a way that I can't recieve faxes but I can send them. So he said he would scan them in an email them to me. This was last Thursday when he told me this. What day is it now??? Getting a hold of Kevin is no easy task. Two phone numbers and a email address listed on his website.
Funny thing is, for someone who has 17 years experience in the finance industry, he's a hard man to get a hold of. Of all the times that I attempted to get a hold of him, I was able to reach him 4 times on his cell and 1 time at the company phone number (877 area code). And even though there is a 3hr time difference, me being on the east and him on the west coast, it still should not be this hard to get a hold of him. And when you do get a hold of him, he's either at a doctors appointment, which turns out to be an everyday thing, or he's 15 miles from the office and he'll call you back in an hour which he never does. Your asking yourself, have you tried email? Yes I have. I know that I'm not the only customer and such but this has to be the worst loan officer I have ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible because there never anyone there.
Is he legit? Who knows. I haven't found him on the ripoff report.com site. He may be a legitemate loan officer but he's a lousy one at that. If any of you have any personal experiences dealing with this company, please share it.

When Kevin is not responding you, I think you should try to meet him personally. Though the journey will take 3hrs time, yet you should contact him yourself. Otherwise, you will not be able to know the reason for his non response. And if you do not take the initiative now, you may face problem later. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Wow they sound like the best company in the world! All lo's have heard the song and dance. When companies claim that they do it all they usually do very little. Sometimes there just a lead generation company who sells your client file to someone else. Scary huh?
Here is their first lie. Here is the whois record they say site created in 2001...wrong try June of 2007. So why would he have us believe he has done mortgages for 17 years.
Also the site looks very low budget. I wouldn't send them anything and I would have your client get a fraud alert put on their credit just in case.

From what you have mentioned, even I feel that Kevin is not a good loan officer and Bestbancloans.com is not a good company to deal with.

Yeah I'm not gonna go all the way over there to confront him. It wouldn't be worth my time especially since I'll just bop him upside the head for a being a dummy lol.

Also as a side note... Normally when a lender of any sort says they have common sense underwriting it really means... We have no idea what we are doing and we just need every loan submission we can get.

IT IS NOT A TYPO I HAD FOUNDED BESTBANCLOANS IN 2001, WHERE AS THE FOLLOWING YEAR AND FEW YEARS AFTER I HAD A SERIES OF MEDICAL ISSUES (CHEMO) AND A FEW OTHER ISSUES WHERE AS THE REGISTRATION LAPSED. I RECENTLY RE- REGISTERED THE NAME WHEN I FOUND IT WAS STILL AVAILABLE..
I JUST CAME OUT OF SURGERY FROM MERCY CARMICHAEL SAN JAUN IN SACRAMENTO CALIF. , LAST FRIDAY, MY DOCTOR IS DR.WILLIAM JUNGLAS, HE IS REPLACING MY HIPS FROM THE CYTOXIN AND PREDNISONE I WAS GIVEN TO SAVE MY LIFE IN 2001 2002 PART OF 2003 ( THANKS TO GOD). Yep, that still doesn't explain why I'm waiting so long for something to get done when I first contacted him back in August, late August. Oh well. I don't expect anything to go right anyways lol.

Also notice the website says We we we and his response says I i i. Get it. Medical problems are never a good situation but if you have a company of professionals working with you... They should be able to handle business in your absense.
Honestly the site has always had a low budget look and feel to it. This usually means that the owner has not invested any money in the design or programming involved in it. Sometimes it just means they don't need a good website.
