Update: as soon as citi got wind of us trying to refinance (only refinancing to get the hell away from citi's bull crap) they claimed they never recieved our last payment (a late payment is the only thing that could keep us from being able to refinance) the payment was not late by any means I called and spoke to an agent and It was confirmed by him that they screwed up and the payment was made on time which is good, but the ASSHOLES reported to our credit that the payment was late and it cannot be removed, which is crap because it was not our mistake.

CITI MORTGAGE AND ALL THEIR AGENTS ARE INCOMPETENT.

Oops! I suppose they're not careful enough with their servicing. You shouldn't suffer just because they screwed up the entire thing. I mean if they now understand that it's their fault, they should talk to the bureaus and get the late payment entry removed from your credit report.

Citimortgage is nothing but a scam. Having lived a lifetime with big business, citimortgage has by far the worst customer service and really could care less about anybody. Their greed know no bounds. I wish for the corporatio to crash and burn but that creep at the top knows how to scam money and now he can scam it from the government.

I agree with all of you (except the one who liked citimortgage) this company has the worse customer service I have ever seen. I was trying to make a payment today, but since it is the end of the month I can not make it with my check card (debit card), I have to actually use a check. Who writes checks anymore? Plus this rep told me that they can no longer cancel the fee charge for paying over the phone. But on Friday, I was told the fee could be waived. I hate this company and I am tried of dealing with them. I'm going to write to:

The Better Business Bureau
The Attorney General Office
The Governor of MD
Citimorgage
Both Senators from Maryland

And any one else I can think of. Plus since citimortgage has their main office in Missouri, I writing to all of the above offices in Missouri too. I'm from Maryland, and I have had enough.
