Has anyone dealt with them, anything I should know? They seem to have more options than my other mortgage company, I think they are bigger. Anyone dealing with them, I would appreciate your experience with them positive or negative, thanks.

They had been sending me late payment notices for two months while I had been regular with my payments. I was lucky that I kept all the docs ready. I went up to them and after a long discussion with their rep I could convince this lady since I had all the proofs. This month also I got a notice from them saying that no payments were received at all. I contacted them immediately over phone and spoke to that lady. She checked my account, saw the payments were already made on time and then cleared off the late charges.

What I feel is, a lot depends on the representative with whom a customer is dealing. Just check out what I shared with others at another thread on CitiMortgage . May God bless you. My mortgage was taken over by Citimortgage, which is OK, but I only have my mortgage interest from last year when they started servicing my loan.
