Im to trying to get my 260.00 loan payed back and trying to get in touch with them by phone what can i do about this i never even okayed the loan in the first place or use it they took it back out of the two weeks and more now i don't know what to do but close my bank account does anyonre else have any ideas on what to do[img][/img]

Welcome to the forums.

You mean you didn't agree to take the loan or is it that you were not willing to but still took it? may be you have taken it but the company is withdrawing more than they should. I think you should talk to the bank officials as to what facility they can offer you to protect your money in the account.

Hi Merriman,

What I have understood from your post is that the loan company approved the loan without your consent and has taken money out two weeks ago. Now are they taking more than the actual loan amount?

Contact with the bank officials and ask how can they let the loan company take out more money from your account without your consent?

You can even legal stapes against the loan company.

Go and talk to the right people...it is your right if they've done something wrong...if they took more than they should it is your right to confront them...goodluck..
