according to my knowledge efanniemae is a company which deals with mortgage ,bad credit and all such issues .its like a group .it has its own website named "effanimae.com" do visit it so that you can understadn ur question better.

"www.efannemae.com" is Fannie Mae's web site. This is a conforming loan agency. They offer mortgage loans at reduced rates for loans under 417K on single family homes (higher for HI and AK). You cannot get a loan directly with Fannie Mae. You need to apply with a mortgage lender that is approved with them. A lot of them are.
