I am using a new appraisal management company fha choice appraisal manager, my first couple went smooth I am wandering if anyone else is using them before I- turn over my whole pipe

I use them for about 6 months now, no problems, real hands on.Always take my calls.Quick turn time, good system.

I recently signed up with this AMC as an appraiser. I had a pretty good conversation with the owner, especially regarding appraisals for litigation support and consulting services. He seems to have a pretty good model and with the way he treats appraisers, he will most likely attract more of the elite appraisers versus some of the other AMCs that have contacted me in the past. With the possibility of the HVCC pending, I have been offering some of my clients hints at a few preferred AMCs and some AMC alternatives that will maintain compliance. I think I will add this AMC to my list.
