Anyone hear of or use Financial Equities

ljeen Guest	Posted: Mon Sep 03, 2007 6:15 pm    Post subject: Anyone hear of or use Financial Equities Like 0 Dislike 0 They have an online site and they are Mortgage Lenders. They have an office in Westbury, NY and according to the BBB they also go by the name Continental Mortgage Corp. I filled out one of their get started forms online and had a very nice guy call me. He left a message saying that they are the lenders and make the final decision on the loan and they are FHA approved. Ljeen Guest	Posted: Mon Sep 03, 2007 7:07 pm    Post subject: Like 0 Dislike 0 They are on the HUD dot gov's list of approved lenders. The fellow I talked with was very knowledgable of FHA's and told me about "Seller's Concession"

Just be cautious when your dealing with a company and make sure you ask alot of questions and read over documents before signing anything.
