we are also finding out not only they will take your money
but change there name to access the account someting has to be done to stop this ?
we also lost 1,300 hundred dollars to them too.

There are so many complaints against them. They are just harassing people and you are right; their illegal actions should be stopped. You can lodge a formal complaint against them in your local Attorney General's office

i am having the same problem with this company. they have withdrawn 60 dollars from my account for the last four weeks. each time under a different name and no contact number or address to pay the loan off. they have already exceeded the amount that i had applied for.it is very frustrating because they keep oerdrawing my account.

I have never dealt with this company personally, however I see tons of complaints on them on every forum that I belong too.
Are you going to file a complaint with your states attorney generals office, they are usually a good place to start and will look into it promptly for you.
I wish you luck with your situation and hope that you get the outcome that you want.

I just got off the phone and found out I have paid 540.00 to this co.and thought I over paid when in fact I still owe the 300.00 I borowed in the first place so a 300.00 loan will cost me 840.00. What a rip off. The extencions they e-mailed me I thought were to extend my loan so I never sent them back. I find out to day I have been paying 90.00 not to my loan but for nothing. These people need to be stopped. We need a hand out to get out of a hole and they put you in deeper. It SUCKS!!!!
It is good that you are sharing your experiences with the community. It will actually help people to be aware and stay away from this company.
Just pay them off what=ever remains and close the account with them. Even after that, if they continue this, just file a complaint in your State's Attorney General's Office.
