It's an illegal thing really to take out money from someone's account without even having any authorization. Definitely you can and should fight it out because that's just not legal. This has become quite common nowadays because I fnd mopte people complaining against such illegal practices. Eeven in this community, people have put forward their complaints.

As for your immediate action, I shall suggest that you try to contact Geneva Roth and then ask them what they are up to. And then, if you don't find any reasonable answer from them, contact the FTC and file a complaint with them. Use the complaint form at https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup .

I also want that few come forward and take legal steps against this company. They are continually doing such illegal things and no one takes proper legal steps.

Did you ask your bank how Geneva Roth was allowed to take out money with you authorizing it?
