Hi Benjamincossjr!

Welcome to forums!

In order to get rid of the loans, you will have to pay it off. In my opinion, you should speak to the lender and try to negotiate. You can explain your situation to the lender and check if he considers and gives you a different plan to pay it off. However, it will be the discretion of the lender whether he will consider your case or not.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

I think that Susanne is completely right. Most creditors just want the money back and are willing to negotiate payment terms.

this is a link that might help give you an idea on how to negotiate with a creditor.
It is a good idea to log onto the fair credit reporting agency's website and learn about your rights first.

Good luck
