Hi Ace,

Geneva Roth, also called as loan shark company, are known for their illegal activities. You should immediately contact them and get the details of the loan payment procedure. The mailing address of Geneva Roth is:

Geneva Roth Ventures
P.O. Box 148
Shawnee Mission, KS 66201
800-351-8820
913-825-1200 (direct office number)

You should also let your bank know about their operation and stop from being charged any extra amount further. If needed, you may speak to your state attorney general as they can immediately investigate and get the real status of your account.

Geneva Roth is not a very good company. Try to contact them & pay off the loan as early as possible. Also get written documentation as proof that you have repaid the loan in full. If in future they deny receiving any payments from you, it will be possible to show proof that you did send the required amounts.

Hi Kristen,

It is quite expected from Geneva Roth as they are known for their illegal activities of garnishing account. Contact and locate them as soon as possible. If required, you may also take the help of an attorney to file a complaint against them.

Geneva Roth started taking money out of my account in January and, I have no idea why. I never signed up for a loan. I've tried to contact them but have been unable.

Welcome Triscilla,

I can feel how frustrated it is when someone goes through a situation as you are in. I'm surprised as to how come they know of your account if you're not at all dealing with them. By the way, did you file a complaint at the office of the Attorney General? I think you should do so or else the company will continue to withdraw more and more cash. Also, ask the bank officials not to allow geneva roth to withdraw money from your account?
