What is the number to FTC,BBB, ECONOMIC CRIME DIVISION IN MISSOURI AND KANSAS. I want to file a complaint against Geneva Roth and other Payday Loan companies.

I do not have the FTC numbers right now for Kansas and Missouri. But better than calling them up, you can fill up the online complaint form and send it to the FTC. You will find the form at https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup .

Hi juliette,

I guess you have suffered at the hands of geneva roth and that's the reason why you wish to complain. In fact, I have come across several people in this community who's complained against Geneva Roth. I wonder how they get away even after so many complaints against them.

Let us know about the response you get and what action is taken against them. It would be really helpful for consumers suffering because of such Payday Loan companies.
