If you are thinking about a pdl from geneva roth then it would be better to give it a second thought before moving ahead. This is not a very good company to take a loan from.

Geneva Roth is known for their illegal activities of garnishing accounts of people. There are several complaints against them. You should stay away from such company.

I found the phone number and the reason why nobody can find them under Geneva Roth. The phone number came straight from them as I am paying off my loan to them very soon. The customer service number is:
1-800-351-8820 and fax number is:1-800-351-8830
The name is also LoanPointUSA and their email is:

This is my first time going through this loan company and indeed Jenfish it is through LoanPointUSA that I got approved for the loan, but most online cash advances and loan companies haves sites where you can come back and enter information to check on the status of your loan, she when it will be disbursed, how many loans you have taken, how much its being paid down and so forth. That's the information that I need so that I can stay up on the status of these people and LoanPointUSA does not offer that information. They are in fact very rude when you call the company by placing you on hold for long periods of time without even getting the "ok" from the caller, giving the customer the run around by transferring you to everyone in the book before the nightmare ends with a loan representative voicemail. Luckily for me as I stated this is my first and only loan with this company and it is for a very small amount. Now that I know how horrible they are I will definitely pay them off quickly and never look back!!!!!!!!!

Hi Msthang,

You might have very bad experience with that mortgage company. I can understand it. But all the mortgage companies or the lenders are not so bad. There are so many good companies who really come forward to help people. Of course, they are doing business and earning livelihood out of it. But they also come forward in time of your utmost need. You may need to shop around a bit and find out the right person or the right company.
