How do I find out who controls a abtract com. Hawthorne Abstract Corp. NO ONE CAN TELL ME! I have been trying for two years. We have a fraud problem. One lawyer told us that they did not use a lawyer, that they really are crooks.

Hi golden,

I've seen your post at http://www.mortgagefit.com/know-how/mistakes-loandoc.html and replied there. Please take a look at it.

Thanks,

Jerry

Looks like someone went partners with their in-laws and changed their mind after the fact and is now claiming fraud. Besides, the abstract Company didn't commit the fraud if there was fraud, that would have been committed by your in-laws.
