An individual might also want to use their insurance to cover test drives with their motorhome. Some insurers do offer this as a possibilty. whether an individual needs daily, weekly or monthly insurance for their motorhome, they should have no difficulty finding an insurer to meet their needs.

Hi Yvette,

The offer sounds to be too good. Before going for it, I would suggest you to read through the loan documents and terms and condition so that you don't get any surprises later on.

Stay Far Far away! ICG lied, forged documents, and may cost us our down payment ($11,000!!!). 3 months of stress and false promises.

You people are all a joke. You go to work to make money, correct? So do the people that work there. The industry has "thinned" out and most people who work there have been in the business for a while and are good at what they do. Don't be jealous because you can't hold a job in an ever changing business and make an honest living. As far as advertising, isn't that what most companies do, regardless of the industry they are in? These negative posts are all jealousy from people who made a living in the business when the business was so unregulated that it was a joke. Now it's regulated and all the fly by night employees are gone.....and that's a great thing for all!!!!

Hi Sophy!

Welcome to forums!

I won't be able to let you know about a good mortgage company to work with. However, you can contact lenders and check out the rates and terms you may qualify for. Once you shop for the mortgage rates, you'll get an idea regarding the market situation and it will help you in deciding whether or not you can afford the mortgage.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I am currently working for ICG. I have been in the business for over 10 years and have worked at a bank and a broker before here. If you are closing 3-4 loans a month you will be making good money. The payouts are fair and if you are working 60 hours a week and not closing loans then this business is not for you or you are just plain retarded. Yes the leads are recycled but that is because everyone has a different approach to sell. This is the same for any sales organization. Leads are leads, bottom line. You get what you put into a sales job. Stop all of your complaining.

Closed 50+ loans in 2010 at icg. Made well in the six figure range. If you don't close loans the you won't make money. Why would you want to an mlo and not close loans. It's like being a doctor and not knowing the human body. Anyone that is making money is happy where they are and people that aren't strong enough will always bad mouth.

Has anyone worked for ICG in 2011? I am currently interviewing with them and noticed that the last post here was 2010. Does anyone have any information on whether or not things have changed since the new regulations have been set in place? Thanks in advance!

I haven't heard about Intercontinental Capital Group (ICG). However, I don't think this is the right place for you to look for information about that.

No, they are not Legit. Go through your local bank. The interest rate and closing costs are way above what's promised the day before the closing. I'm surprised they're still in business. Maybe everyone is so desperate to refi or buy, so they take the oan with all the hidden charges, but these crooks should be out of business!
