| Will naca be in san diego soon. I just heard about them this evening. I been working with my lender since May 18th and they still giving me the run around. I need help quick. Just was informed I will be getting layoff in January 17th. I can retire but this won't be enough for our expenses. |

djames, naca has a website that i'm sure would allow you to find out where and when they'll be somewhere. they have regular workshops as well, which you can also review...all at naca.com. _________________ George M. Akerley

| Hi! I missed NACA in LA, too (and I live here!), but you can go on NACA.com and type in your zip code and find an office near your home. I just did that. |

| I was septical about Naca, because there so many scams out there. I was 18 months late on my loan and Naca refinance my loan for 3.5 percent 30 year fixed. I very pleased with NACA. I'm in Las Vegas the foreclosure capital of the USA. |

Hi we have a house in Fl in foreclosure and we have family members live
in it but cannot afford to take over current payment we live in another
state and would like to know if we can get any help with both mortgages
waiting for the foreclosure to take place since the bank that took us to court the Judge told them they cannot foreclose on the property since they
are not the originator of the loan the bank is speeding up the procress to do

If you've not defaulted on the loan, then you can refinance it by contacting your current lender. You may even contact other lenders for in order to get a refinance. However, you cannot refinance the loans of both the properties together.
As the property is in foreclosure, I don't think you will be able to refinance the loan. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great. |
