Hi lil mama!
Welcome to forums!
I don't think NACA can refinance the loan if you are behind on your mortgage payments. However, they may help you in getting a loan modification. I would suggest you to contact NACA and check out whether or not they have dealt with your account.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

| Hi Moe, that's great. Questions - Did you receive written documentation from your bank that modified your loan from your orig. percentage to your new rate of 2%? or Did you receive a verbal/written statement from a NACA representative? My husband and I received verbal+documented recommendation for a loan restructure. We were told that a modified mortgage payment was required for 4 months, before new escrow docs are drawn. The story was completely changed when the docs. arrived. |
