Their website does not show contact number or email so I can pay off my loan. They keep on withdrawing funds from my checking and this needs to stop.

I need help. I think I am the victim of identiy theft. I saw that there was a withdrawl from nor star cash on my bank account. I have tried calling and have gotten no where. I tried the website (doesn't work) and I tried e-mailing-is this company still around? Has anyone been able to resolve any problems with them? Mad

Hi ssmith,

Have you taken a payday loan from Norstar? They might have deducted your money in order to recover their dues, if any. However, if you feel that there has been a fraudulent activity by Norstar, you should file a complaint with the BBB and your State Attorney General.

Thanks
cali

hi i'm very busy for the past 2 months with work and never got the chance to review my bank statements. i just found out that Norstar is still debiting money from my account when i was already paid off a long time ago. i called the number i saw from here, but all they can tell me is my information is not showing up. they really need to stop because they've been getting hundreds of moneh from my account atleast 4 times/month which explains why i was overdrawn. i go tmore upset when i found out that other people are having the same experience which means that this is not an accident.

Hi cali,

I would suggest you to contact the branch manager of the bank where you've your account and ask him to block the account so that this company can't debit any money from your account. You can even file a complaint against them with the BBB and the State Attorney General.

Thanks
