Has anyone heard of or been helped by Premier Consumer Group (possibly former name was Premier Consumer Advocacy Group)? It's listed online as an attorney-based modification company, but not sure if they're legit.
I'm in the process of trying to modify my BoA mortgage, but it's very frustrating dealing directly with Bank of America and nonprofit counselors are slow and backlogged. |

| Do not deal with any modification companies who ask you money upfront and promise that they will get the modification done |

Hi blhiggins,
I do not have a personal experience about Premier Consumer Group. I would advice you to check out their BBB rating and see if you can find any information about them in the Rip off report. Also, I agree with sunny that you should not deal with modification companies who ask for money upfront as they can be a scam. You should even check out with Premier Consumer Group's customers in order to know if they are satisfied with the company's services. This would give you a fair idea whether or not to deal with that company.
