Close your bank account and open another one so they have to call u and that way u can pay them off or not at all in my state the legislature has made it a law that they can not practice in your state they are constantly messing up my bank account and I am trying to do the right thing by paying them off but if they continue to rip me off I will close my bank account or go to another bank you must stay one step ahead of them they pray on the ones who are really poor. I hope this helps someone mainly write your senators about this unjust and liars and con men.

trey there are plenty of legitimate loan companies. what we are discussing here are payday loan companies, which have carved out a new niche in american lending practices - one of dishonesty, apparently, according to our posts on here; also, one of underhanded tactics.

are payday loans legitimate? yes, of course, they are; but they are fraught with danger for the unsuspecting and unaware, who happen to be their primary clientele.

beware, everyone - payday loans may seem to be a solution to your problems, but they sure seem more likely to be a continuation of and a worsening of all your problems.

based on a not so pleasant phone call i got the other day, it appears we need to put the word out (those of you who are regulars).

i have no affiliation whatsoever with usfastcash or any other payday lender. everything that i have posted on this website concerning payday loans is my personal opinion based on observations i've made along with my experiences in the banking and lending fields.

when i render advice and try to comfort people on this site, it is purely because i happen to think that payday loans are an aberrant stain on the american landscape. i believe that they ought to be ignored by everyone in this country, which might allow them to die a slow death. it's obvious that there's no legislation coming that will outlaw them, so we the people must act (or not act, as it may be) to eliminate them.

my daughter has a loan with theM, she gave them ny number she hAS FILIED BANKRUPCY, BUT THEY WILL NOT GIVE OUT THERE ADDRESS. tHIS RYAN FROM US Fst cash KEEPS calling me, I TOLD HIM SHE DOES NOT LIVE HERE AND THIS IS MY PHONE, HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME TO THE DAY I DIE TILL HE GETS HIS MONEY FROM HER, I TOLD HIM TO CEASSE AND DISIST AND HE LAUGHED, SAID I COULD CALL THE COURT, POLICE, WHO EVER HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME AND THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO, HE BLOWS UP MY PHONE WITH DIFFERENT UNTRACEABLE NUMBERS WITH HIS FIRST NAME RYAN AND PLAYS MUSIC, CAN HE GET AWAY WITH THIS? US Fast Cash are a bunch of THIEVES! My husband borrowed $150 - they automatically took out more than $400 in a 2 month period. We did a stop payment on them (since we obviuosly paid back the money we owed). Then they just took out $390 (they actaully MADE up a check number so they could get the $$$). The bank is helping us fight it but it is taking a few days. I can't get anyone on the phone to complain to! Who can we call to get them shut down?? They are STEALING

with all the negative publicity that payday loans get, i'd have thought most everyone would be avoiding them like the plague. are we that desperate in this country to make these modern-day shylocks that wealthy?

if it is "usfastcash" i would have to believe that there must be a directory listing somewhere that contains their phone number. if you have received a loan from this company or any of the others, don't they provide some sort of documentation when the loan is granted that would allow a borrower to find out how to contact them?

here's another good thing to do...if you have been victimized by a payday loan company (or if you think you have) (or if you can't figure out how to contact one)...contact your state's attorney general's office. there may be a way in which you can get that information from them, or at least have them step in should you find you've been scammed. check with your secretary of state's office as well, to determine if licenses exist for these companies. those are just two thoughts that occur to me while i'm sitting here typing.
