They denied my loan ,but went into my checking accountant to retrive a 30.00 allpication fee. without my knowledge.So to me that is stealing, and i have reported them to the Better Business Bureau hoping to just let them know that we are now watching them

There's an entry fee to file the suit, but you'd get that back from the company once there is a judgment issued against them. Call your local courthouse and ask about small claims - you can also look it up on an internet search. _________________ George M.
