Valerie Nelson why are you trashing USMAC?
I worked with you at the Enterprise office TEAM MODZILLA, USMAC is not a scam at all, you know these loanmods can take anywhere from 2-12 months, USMAC submits the file multiple times if needed, the customers get very impatient, the lenders hate to modify, people choose to hire USMAC, its a service, We all have seen the completed loan mods and their are thousands of them. NO BULL$%^&. Everyone hates the owner Scott Gimbel, it is what it is, as for Maribel she is cool and she bounced months ago and Danny is cocky arrogant but everyone loves him their and he holds it together somehow.
I quit because the marketing slowed down, but I can assure all customers.

USMAC IS NOT A SCAM

sorji, yours is a horrendous waste of space and time

oc lo, can you imagine the skepticism among those who are reading these posts? it's like a game that children play:
yes you are
no i'm not
yes you are
no i'm not

so tell me, why would anyone believe the positive things? people who speak negatively usually do so only after their hearts begin to ache, and of course, we anticipate that the corporate response would be denial.

why should we believe you? are there statistics to back up these claims of being helpful to troubled homeowners?

Valerie Nelson was an ex employee, not sure why she is slamming the managers and the company, she has been gone for a long time, probably can't get a job anywhere, as far as scamming people, USMAC really does a lot of loan mods, they have big books in the office of each loan mod success available for inspection. I have seen the books myself.

Hi Guest,

You do not need a third party to deal with your lender. If you wish, you can contact the lender yourself and negotiate with him for a payment plan. I would suggest you to contact your lender immediately and check out if they can help you in getting a payment plan so that you are able to save the property.

adonis, you are absolutely correct in making that statement. no borrower needs to use a third party. however, so few people are comfortable with the process that they feel it necessary to have someone speak for them in order to navigate through the vagaries of this modification process.

the key, of course, is to find someone who is a true advocate - someone trustworthy, reasonable and valuable. value is not necessarily determined by fee, either. one's fee could be high, as we've seen too many times, and the service can be atrocious. a low fee can also lead to bad service.

i think a fee ought to be structured in such a way that all potential costs can be covered, while at the same time allowing the person performing the service to be compensated justly for time and effort as well as effectiveness.

They have investors that do this and I would be paying the investor back on the new loan. Is this a scam?

if a company gives you a guarantee that it will solve your problems, run away.
if a company charges a large sum of money up front, you may not need to run away, but you truly need to delve deeper into what they're doing with that money.
if a company suggests that you give them your money, stop making mortgae payments, and wait for them to get back to you, run away.

when you run away, be certain that you maintain contact with your lender. that is the one entity that won't ask you for money upfront to consider a modification or to remedy your situation, other than asking you for regular mortgage payments.

My family is working with USMAC Law Group for a loan modification and its been 8 months I think and were getting foreclosure letters. What should we do? They say they can save our home but our mortgage lender keeps sending these foreclosure letters. What can we do to get this modification through and keep our home?

Hi Ray!

Welcome to forums!

You should contact your lender and ask him to speed up the process of loan modification. He will let you know whether or not your request for modification will be accepted. In case, your request is not accepted, then the lender can foreclose the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
