Modify My Home Loans is a Division of Axia Financial, LLC. We specialize in loan modifications in Washington, and hopefully soon in Oregon, Idaho and California. Only WA state licensed loan originators and WA state licensed attorneys are legally able to assist Washington residents w/ their loan modifications. We act as the Homeowner's Advocate and assist them through the complex and over whelmingly frustrating process of puttig together their modification package and submit to the investors w/ a complete analysis of market value and a break down of the cost to the lender to modify vs. the cost to foreclose or take the home back as an REO. We negotiate for the best terms we believe are possible. Our core team of 5 has over 5 years experience in this new field and we are dedicated to helping save our clients homes one home at a time.
