Envision Lending Group, Inc., soon to be known as Essex Mortgage, has been known to become one of the mortgage companies on the cutting edge of compliance and staying fraud free. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond the minimal requirements the government puts on us to maintain a "fraud-free" environment.
The Schwartz Group is my team of loan officers, processors, and closers who work only on the deals that are directly brought in from the relationships that I have built as a loan officer over the past 11 years. As of the last few years, I have realized just how wrong and biased our news and media channels are, and for that reason have become a large advocate of posting the truth of our industry, whether good or bad. In various ways, I am able to do this including through my website where I continously update my personal blog, through various websites where I post guest articles and blogs, through a community that I have establshed that meets locally including all types of people including buyers, sellers, realtors, etc. However, the one that I am most proud of is working with a copmany called the Society of Financial Awareness, or SOFA. Through my work with SOFA, I am proud to say that I have assisted in creating the only fully functioning team of financial professionals of SOFA in Southern Nevada where, as a Non-Profit 501C-3 Company, we work with the benefits and human resources of companies and city employees to provide free one hour educational seminars in their office and educate on topics and ideas that the companies choose from a list of over 30 different subjects within the lending and real estate industry that we have.
The great thing about this is that I am not only able to be on the front lines doing loans on a daily basis for my community, writing blogs and articles to educate through the internet community, but also now am able to take that to another level in educating our community by getting in front of groups of hard working employees and being able to educate them on the constant changes happening that they can take advantage of or at least be aware of, and also to be able to answer on the spot questions that they really would like the answer to without having to worry about feeling pressured by calling a local loan officer and trying to be sold. WE DO NO SELLING IN OUR SPEECHES, and I feel for that reason it keeps us honest and a great source of information.
