there are very few lenders who will finance mobile homes, in and out of connecticut. if you are residing in a mobile home park now, it would be beneficial for you to speak with the owner/manager of the park for suggestions on where you might be able to obtain financing.

if you don't live in a park, it would be worthwhile for you to get in touch with a local dealer to ask that question.

Hi,

Since you are looking to get a reverse mortgage on your home, i suggest you glance through the qualifying criteria of mobile home reverse loans before approaching any lender. By the way, is your mobile home having a permanent foundation? Without such a foundation, you won't get a mortgage.

Thanks,

Jerry
