I think you will have to explain a little more on exactly what you're looking for before anyone can help you. If you already have a mortgage, why are you looking for another one? getting two mortgages is hard these days. Especially with a credit of 600-614 usually you'd only qualify for an FHA loan, but please be more specific with what you're looking for.

Thanks! and welcome to MortgageFit.com!

Hi henry!

Welcome to forums!

If you pay off your debts to some extent, then it will have a positive impact on your credit report. This will help you in improving your credit scores. Then you can contact your local lenders and apply for a mortgage to put a home on your property. You can even check out the given page in order to find out some steps to improve your score: http://www.mortgagefit.com/credit-rating/credit-repair.html .

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

If it's not in your name its not going to count towards your score one way or another.

i agree with John. If you are paying on an item that wasn't registered under your name then you wont get the credit for it.

i would check the mortgage docs to make sure you are under the promissory note... not the title. It has to be the note so that they can report it on your credit report

Since your credit score is between 600-614 and since you have already taken out a home mortgage loan, it would be better not to take out another mortgage loan right now. Instead, put in efforts to repay the existing mortgage loan and at the same time try to improve your credit score.
