This is the one last negative account in my credit report. This will fall off at the end of the next year. No luck with goodwill letters or calls. Should I let it fall off my credit report next year or are there other options?

Hi John,

You can contact your lender and try to negotiate for a pay for delete. In this process, you will have to pay off the debt and in return, the lender/creditor will remove the negative item from your credit report.

Take care.
