My boyfriend was within 2 months of having his Ch 13 bankrupty paid off and discharged. He was incarcerated 2 months before it was done. How can/should he handle the dismissal?

Your boyfriend can contact his bankruptcy attorney and try to refile the bankruptcy once again. As the bankruptcy filing was dismissed, your boyfriend will be able to refile it once again.
