Can creditors put a lien on personal property?

If a property is mortaged and has a 2nd SBA loan attached, can it be sold to satisfy these two claiments even if other creditors have liened the property

Hi Guest,

As far as I know, after the property is sold off, the mortgage lenders will get their dues. Then, those creditors who have placed liens on the property, will be able to claim their dues from the home owner.
